ABOUT
Hi there! I’m Morgan
I have been documenting life’s magical moments for over 9 years and have been lucky to have shot throughout Maine. I live in Maine close to Sunday River with my partner Finn and my sweet dog Chowder. On my days off, I enjoy mountain biking, skiing, antiquing or simply relaxing on the couch with the dog, enjoying coffee and a good book.

It’s really important to me that my clients feel comfortable and excited when working with me! I’m really passionate about creating photos that make you feel like your unique story is being told. I love going to new spots or playing with new ideas whether is be playing in the foggy weather, using smoke bombs, prisms, atmosphere spray or adding different lighting tricks with the light wand.
I love shooting all of life’s beautiful moments, but weddings hold a special place in my heart. I have been shooting weddings since I was a sophomore in High School! I started out as an intern for my now best friend Kate Michaud. I still have the privilege to work alongside her once in a while shooting weddings and coordinating at King’s Hill Inn and Barn. After my own wedding in May 2023, I have a whole new understanding for what goes into planning weddings and just how wild it can get. Making it even more magical to be apart of yours

FUN FACTS
Chowder is a Pit Shepard mix and from Skiatook Paws and Claws located in Oklahoma. They drove him all the way to Portland, Maine where we picked him up from a big white van in a Kohl’s parking lot. Finn and I’s wedding date was the same day 1 year after Chowder’s gotcha day!
1. Chowder!!!
Halloween is basically my Superbowl. I love all things spooky! Whether it be a haunted historical sights, a scary true crime podcast, skeletons, ghosts, witches, horror movies, YOU NAME IT. I had my bachelorette party is Salem Mass and I. truly don’t think I could have had a better, more magical time.
2. I LOVE SPOOKY SEASON
3. Hobbies
I have always had a really hard time narrowing down my artistic interests. While photography takes the cake for where I spend the most time creatively, I love making all kinds of art. I have a college degree in both Photography and Ceramics! I also love printmaking, embroidery, paint by numbers and needle felting.
4. My Happy Places
While I don’t love bugs, I love being outside!! If I had it my way I’d just hop between being on the beach or being on a mountain to ski! I’m also my best self when I’m chillin a coffee shop or wandering through antiques store and museums.
Chill days at home. Going for long walks to explore new places. Thrifting and Antiquing is by far my favorite thing to do on the planet! I love try new of coffee and doing crafts and creating art in my at home studio.
